Variant: On few releases such as Wolfman: A Cinematic Scrapbook, the CED/Laserdisc variant is used.

Audio: None.
Availability: Common, but sometimes unlikely to be rare. This appears on Rhino tapes from the era with the second logo.
1993-February 16, 2003[]

Visuals: Same as the 1990 York Home Video warning.
Variants:
- On later releases, the original variant is used.
- On Kid Rhino Home Video releases, the 1991 Hemdale Home Video warning is used, except the background is blue.

Availability: Uncommon. Can be seen on South Park tapes from 1998-1999 and other releases and early DVDs of the time. It last appeared on the first two volumes of The Mystery Science Theater 3000 Collection DVDs.
1999-present[]
Visuals: On a striped pink/red gradient background, we see the neon yellow words "A FRIENDLY REMINDER FROM THE…," and below them, the large letters "FBI" in lavender zoom out one by one. Then the official FBI seal and a photo of J. Edgar Hoover (the FBI's first director under its present name and its longest-serving director) fade in at the lower right corner and white typewriter-style warning text is written via a typewriter effect below the FBI letters. A yellow doodle of a beard, glasses and hair is scribbled on Hoover's face.
Variant: A still version can be found on The Mystery Science Theater 3000 Collection DVDs.
Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: An excerpt from White Knuckles by Gene Ober from Westar Music's WSR160 Adventurous & Compelling, with three whooshes that are heard when the letters zoom out.
Availability: Rare. Seen on (Kid) Rhino Home Video DVD and VHS releases from the period. On The Mystery Science Theater 3000 Collection DVDs, this screen is moved to the end. It can also be found on current Tỉnh Productions releases.
1999-March 31, 2003 (Alternate)[]
Visuals: Almost the same as the 1984 variant of the 1978 CBS-FOX Video/Fox Video/20th Century Fox Home Entertainment warning, except the background is sky blue, "Title 17" is included, and the FBI seal is colorized with a glow surrounds it.
Technique: A digital graphic.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen at the end of U.S. some (Kid) Rhino DVDs in tandem with the fifth warning. It can also be found on some early Shout! Factory releases.
April 8, 2003-February 5, 2008 (Alternative)[]
