April 1, 1984–1992[]
Visuals: Almost the same as the 1979 Warner Home Video warning, except it is on a light blue background, and the word "WARNING" is in gray. Also, it contains film grain.
Variants:
- Prototype releases used the white background variant of the 1979 Warner Home Video warning instead.
- A B&W variant exists.
- On Easyriders Video Magazine releases, the background is completely black.
- On Ross Sports Productions releases, the box next to the FBI logo is black, the warning text is white with a different font, and "WARNING" is wider.
- A redesigned variant exists that appears on the 1984 E Corp Home Entertainment VHS of The Careful Massacre of the Bourgeoisie.
Technique: A digital graphic with fading effects.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on early Prism Entertainment releases. It was also seen on a New World VHS of Fraternity Vacation (note that searching this movie will lead to NSFW Google Images results, so please, be cautious), WesternWorld Video tapes such as Kicks, a J2 VHS of Dorf on Golf, Star Classics tapes such as Vega$: The Original Movie, early Easyriders Video Magazine, Program Hunters releases, and the 1993 Walt Disney Home Video VHS of A Day at Disneyland: The Happiest Place on Earth. The completely black background variant can be seen on Easyriders Video Magazine releases.
Editor's Note: The entire warning is badly grainy.
March 29, 1990-February 7, 1991 (Paramount era)[]

February 14, 1991–1996 (Turner eras)[]
Nicknames: "White FBI," "Odd FBI," "Freaky FBI"

Availability: Seen on later Prism Entertainment releases such as Baby on Board.
