Bumper: On a blue gradient background, we see the yellow boldface words "FEATURE PRESENTATION".

FX/SFX: The fading, but on the "Now on Video" variant, the zooming in of the words while the bumper fades in and out.

Variants:

  • There is a "Now on Video" variant of this bumper in which, on a purple marble background, we see the golden words "NOW ON VIDEO" zoom in towards the viewer, with their shadows portrayed on the background.
  • "Coming to Video" variant might be on a black background.
  • On the 1999 VHS of In Dreams, the "COMING TO THEATERS," "COMING TO VIDEO," and "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION" clip-ons are also set in the marble background.

Music/Sounds: Just an announcer (Jim Cummings) saying, "Coming to video for you to own." On the "Now on Video" variant, the announcer says, "Now on video for you to own." On the "Feature Presentation" variant, the announcer says, "And now, our feature presentation".

Availability: Rare, as it was only seen on VHS tapes of MouseHunt, The Peacemaker, the demo VHS of Amistad, and Paulie.

May 5, 1998–May 10, 2011[]

Bumper: On a night sky background, we see DreamWorks' "Moon Boy" symbol on the top-right. In the center is text in Times New Roman or Times New Roman Bold announcing specific previews. Depending on the clip-on, the text is either in all-caps or not.

Variants:

  • Two versions exist of several of the clip-ons: one with the text in one line, and one with it in two lines.
  • On foreign releases, the Moon Boy is moved further up left.
  • On the 2002 VHS reissue of Shrek, the bumper is set on a still shot from the movie in which Shrek and Donkey are looking at the moon ahead of them as the clip-on appears to the left of them.
  • Sometimes, the font is bolder.
  • On earlier releases with the "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION" clip-on, the Moon Boy symbol is at the top left and larger and then the text glows. Plus the text is in a different font.
  • Non-English releases have the text translated into a different language.
  • The Mexican tapes of American Beauty, Road Trip, and Galaxy Quest eliminate the stars and Moon Boy entirely.

FX/SFX: The fading.

Availability: Seen during the opening previews of most DreamWorks videotapes and some later DVDs. Examples of releases with this bumper include The Haunting, Galaxy Quest, Road Trip, Small Time Crooks, Almost Famous, The Time Machine, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Collateral, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Just Like Heaven, and Madagascar. The "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION" bumper was last seen on Toonsylvania. The rest of these Clip-ons last appeared on a 2011 DVD of No Strings Attached.

May 24, 2011-January 24, 2017[]

Bumper: Same as the Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment bumper.

Variants: At both ends of the previews, the "Stay tuned for exciting Previews..." and "All films and promotions may not be available in all territories" screens are used.

FX/SFX: The shimmering.

Music/Sounds: Same as the current Disney bumper.

Availability: Seen on DreamWorks releases distributed by Touchstone, such as I Am Number Four, Real Steel, War Horse, Lincoln, The Hundred-Foot Journey, and The Light Between Oceans.

Bumper: Same as the Paramount Home Entertainment "Coming Soon" bumper from the time.

Bumper: On a background of DreamWorks logos, we see "IN VENDITA IN VIDEOCASSETTA DA [MONTH/YEAR]" (translated as "FOR SALE ON VIDEOCASSETTE IN [MONTH/YEAR]").

Variant: Early on, the background is black-teal gradient, the font is different, and there is a DreamWorks logo in the upper left corner.

FX/SFX: None or the bumper sliding to the right for the start of any given trailer.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on Italian DreamWorks tapes, such as Chicken Run.
