1990s-2000
Warning: It's almost the same as the 1983-1991 New Line Home Entertainment Warning Screen, except FBI is in red and the seal below FBI is removed and the text is white and WARNING is in white and its on a black-gray gradient background. Also, the white box is replaced with the orange FBI seal, which shines two times and the black box is taken out.
FX/SFX: The FBI seal shining.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Appears on Brentwood Home Video releases from the era. An example of this would be a Popeye release. It also appears on Bridgestone Group releases.
2000-2005
Warning: On a shady blue background, we see a transparent purple square with the words "FBI WARNING" at the top, along with the generic warning text being below it.

Warning: Nearly the same as First Look Home Entertainment's 1999-2006 FBI Warning, except the silhouetted FBI seal is replaced with the official colored seal that is used in several warning screens from 2005 onward.
